Big news out of Austin – the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals just ruled that Texas can finally enforce Senate Bill 12, the 2023 law aimed at prohibiting public sexual performances in front of minors.

This reverses a previous block by a Houston judge, sending the case back for review under new free speech guidelines from the Supreme Court.
