Perth has a population around 46,000 and its ethnic makeup is almost 97% white. I'm going to go out on a limb and say that I think the citizens of Perth are well aware that it's okay to be white.

What if the posters were to say instead " Being white is beautiful" ? Someone with politically correct sensitivities will see this as somehow racially offensive.
But if the word black was used instead of white then there is no outcry or furor over this.
That's the point I was making.
