But arming them as leverage to get the Russians to negotiate seriously for peace. It's not the same as the previous administration gleefully paying off the arms industry by sending united states weapons that would have to be replaced to keep that war going on a permanent basis.

Permanent wars are a legacy of the Bush- Cheney-Obama, cell of the military industrial ccomplex.
