If safe and secure plebiscites were conducted in each of those targeted states, would Giuliani contest the results without any credible evidence to offer in court?

Interestingly, MA had strong opposition to Obamacare. When Senator Kennedy had to step down because of brain cancer, they scrambled to replace him with someone who would vote for Obamacare. But inexplicably, the left leaning state of MA voted for Scott Brown who ran to stop Obmaacare. Why? Because they were happy with their Romneycare and did not want to be told by the federal government on how to run their health care.

To make a long story short, they elected Brown who should have stopped Obamacare with his vote, but to evade the democratic vote the Democrats used a Congressional trick called Reconciliation to bypass the voters and hammer home their will.
