Should the "N-Word" be Trademarked?

Since, according to the PC Police, the "N-word" may only be uttered by Black people, why not give it trademark status belonging to the NAACP or some other worthy organization? Then any non-Black person uttering the word could be sued for trademark infringement (perhaps as substitute reparations).
