Joe Biden isn't doing well....he has a lot of issues lately and it is rumored that the democrats would like to get rid of him....
The problem...of course....is that he is the leader in the delegate count.
Now....if the democrats can manipulate the process and dump biden and bernie...would taking the nomination be a smart move for cuomo?
Personally, I think he would be better off in 2024 after Trump leaves office........the entire field will be open wide and the Republicans will only have the typical, lame candidates to put up....he would have a much better chance....
