Considering that most freshmen are too immature for either the academics or social life of college shouldn't colleges require some work experience before admission? Or at the least a minimum age of 21 for admission? Thoughts?

What would be work experience for theoretical mathematics?

To the topic: some students could definitely do with some employment or hard volunteer seasoning. Some degrees or certifications: also definitely. But it should not be a requirement generally.
