Good to see someone who doesn't routinely hit 300 yard drives win on the PGA tour. All you seem to hear about these days is "chasing speed" and core workouts to squeeze another few miles an hour of ball speed. Brian Campbell averages 276 off the tee which is near the bottom in driving distance. But he showed that iron accuracy great short game and putting can still accomplish at the highest level.

It`s not how you drive, it`s how you arrive. The booming drives lose their effectiveness when they`re 3 putting from 10 feet.

Distance is a big advantage on the PGA tour. Most of your tournament winners and money leaders are long hitters. For lower level golfers accuracy for sure matters the most off the tee.
