You could hardly hear about it in the news, and if they did, they just glance over it without "breaking" connotation. It's not secret they're under reporting it cause they couldn't politicize this to fit their agenda.

Also, they tried to turn the vigil for the kid that died into an "antigun rally" and all the students got pissed and stormed out. So they had to hide it.
