Stockton, CA - Police responded to a noise complaint at the call location. The resident refused to turn down her music but instead turned the volume up. The officers made several attempts to gain compliance but in the end were going to cite the resident. The resident refused to identify herself and walked away from officers. When officers attempted to detain the resident to identify her she pulled away and swung at the officer. Officers placed the victim in a control hold as she fell to the ground. The resident was then handcuffed on the ground and placed in a patrol vehicle.
