They really can't. They can make their bodies appear more masculine, but that's it. They can't grow male body parts, for just one example. IOW, they can't change their true nature, which is that of a woman. And they really don't even know if they feel like a man feels because they have no way of knowing what a man really feels.

If youre trying to make the argument that there is no difference between male and female so a biological defined gender can be changed because we start as females and change into man therefore a man can change into a female after birth you failed. Thats just plain stupid.
