Sad to say my congressional district is MISrepresented by the mostly worthless Kathy Castor, and foolish Democrats here have just re-elected her for the 6th time. Although Kastor has voted for a few good things in the House of Representitives, she has also registered some very bad votes, such as support for illegal aliens and impeachement of President Trump.
Most noticable though is simply her lack of activity. While given a very privileged position as a member of the US House of Representitives, a position of power that few Americans will ever possess, and with dozens of issues needing dire attention, Castor has sponsored a total of 2 bills in her 13 years in office. Both of those were the renaming of Post Offices.
This is a clear example of Democrat robotism. Democrat voters blindly following the Democrat name, and plunging headfirst into a mass of wasted opportunity.
In contrast, her Republican opponent, Christine Quinn had many good attributes to offer. Being a small business owner herself, he would have helped to enact legislation that reduces job-killing taxes and regulations, on small businesses. In education, she would have voted for school choice, giving us the opportunity to select from a wide range of options. She would have voted to keep the military strong, and not vote against its budget, as Kathy Castor has done. Likewise, she would have supported veterans and the VA.
She would have supported the critically important right to life, as many Americans who were not aborted, can attest to. To reduce health care costs, she would have worked to expand health insurance options, have pricing transparency, eliminate red tape, and open up competition. She would have worked to protect our first and second amendment rights. She would have helped to protect the US economy and American workers from the Democrat led attack on them of illegal immigration. The list goes on and on.
One can only sit back and wonder what could be done to extract voters out of the mindless trance they seem to be in, resulting in going out and voting for absolutely nothing.
