Allegations of sexual assault leveled YEARS after the supposed incidents need to be dismissed outright unless their is some kind of extenuating circumstance that prevented/deterred the victim from reporting the crime. And even then if no unrefutable evidence is presented it should also be ignored.

Simply put sex is not a weapon. Regret of sex is not a weapon.
When these types of allegations are made decades later WITHOUT some type of proof there need to be repercussions.

DO NOT ALWAYS BELIEVE THE WOMEN.

If you were supposedly violated and didn't care enough to have your perp confronted at the time why should we care DECADES LATER?

its funny , many time the woman will say something like , hey , i needed my job because i needed the money and perks so i couldn't report my rapist to legal authorities . I think its pretty funny . Anyway , if a sex crime is not promptly reported and then ideally if rape kit evidence is not collected i don't care one way or the other about crime claims . .

When it comes to sex with me,the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing

Sex can be a weapon when someone knows that they have an STD and they go to bed with someone else anyways.

God bless you and every victim of that situation always!!!

That's ******* hilarious.

While we are having fun with the irony of the situation I have seen most of the right defend the Lt Governor, a black Democrat, from what appears to be baseless allegations.

The left demand blood while the right demand due process
