I personally am against targeting them, but legally, they are not civilians.

In Israel proper, they are civilians and it would be a war crime to target them.

No he didn't. All he said was he would have written some things differently if Israel had cooperated more, but all their findings still stand.

BTW, there were 3 other members of that committee and they haven't retracted a single word.

THE 2004 DECISION on the Wall does not address the issue of who has sovereignty rights in the lands Israel took by military conquest from 1947 to 1949 that were lands set aside as part of the Arab State in the Partition Plan. (THE ISSUE IS SOVEREIGNTY IN LANDS SEIZED IN 1947 to 1949 that were part of the lands set aside as an Arab State in the UN Partition Plan).It is simply not an issue discussed by the Court. WHEN Israel was admitted into the UN, she agreed she would honor the borders set in the UN Partition Plan and allow an Arab State to exist within those borders.
