It becomes an insurrection when it's an ttempt to take power. Compared to Kavanagh hearing disruption, which wasn't violent, just pounding on the door and being disruptive.

The US justice system is unchanged from the Trump years.
If there were political sources for indictments, it wouldnt make it thru the grand jury process. Both at state & federal level.

For media, Fox News actually has the biggest market share. Plenty of other right wing media such as newsmax & oan and other right wing shit. They all have first amendment protection.
