I dont always like his politics. But i hope he gets better. especially since i dont want Fast Eddie appointed some Democrat Senator in his place.

I wish Sen. Specter all the best for a full and speedy recovery and look forward to his service as chair of the Judiciary committee. Ideally, he'd leave the GOP and come over the Democrats where he belongs, and if it wouldn't cost him that chairmanship, I'm betting he would. Be that as it may, I wish Sen. Specter all the best. He's a good man and a fine public servant.
