Rumsfeld response was "That's quite a statement," Rumsfeld said. He added that Bush had rejected his resignation offers and "that's his call".
Rumsfeld response should have been "Well Senator you're openly guilty of rampant skirt chasing, alcoholism, and vehicular homicide (Mary Jo Kopechne,Chappaquiddick Island) shouldn't you have resigned decades ago?
