Of course he’s unqualified – that’s the point; indeed, that’s the point of all of Trump’s appointments: to fill the cabinet with unqualified partisan hacks willing to implement Trump’s reckless, irresponsible agenda harmful to the American people.

Hegseth, for example, would have no problem ordering soldiers to shoot Americans engaged in lawful, peaceful protest in the legs, as Trump advocated for in his first term.

No one cares what Senator Fuckworm thinks.

Depends on why those soldiers got wounded.

War heroes are the troops that go above and beyond the call of duty. Just getting wounded isn't automatic hero status. That word has been way over used.

It doesn't work that way. I put my life in the line. I'm not a hero. Everytime I deployed to a combat theater I did my job. Doing one's job isn't an act of heroism.
