A self-described Antifa “general” in Minneapolis, Kyle Wagner, has been arrested in a dramatic pre-dawn raid after calling for an armed uprising against U.S.
A self-described Antifa “general” in Minneapolis, Kyle Wagner, has been arrested in a dramatic pre-dawn raid after calling for an armed uprising against U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents in a series of viral videos.
The 37-year-old radical leftist was taken into custody early Thursday morning, following his unhinged social media posts, previously reported by The Gateway Pundit, that urged followers to “get your f-cking guns and stop these f-cking people.”“My name is Kyle. I’m Antifa,” he began in one of the videos, before urging his followers to “suit up” and meet at Nicollet and 26th Street.

The arrest unfolded in a pre-dawn raid, with heavily armed DHS agents storming a residential building.

Wagner faces federal charges of threatening to assault and murder ICE agents, a serious offense that could land him behind bars for years. He is scheduled to appear in court later today.
Commentary:
Hope they interrogate this subversive, seditious prick for hours..
Hoping that Wagner is being charged with Federal charges.
Antifa are declared terrorists, Wagner has stated he's a "General" in Antifa.
That being said, Antifa is a hydra organization and the domestic and global response has been extremely slow as hydras are designed to be resistant to counter terrorism pressures. This guy is no general in this decentralized army, and even if he were he's easily replaceable. Still, am very happy to see this dangerous person off the streets hopefully for a very long time.
There is no legal mechanism to designate a domestic group like "Antifa" as a "terrorist organization" in the same way the State Department designates foreign groups (FTOs).
The FBI can and will investigate such a person, not necessarily because Wagner claims he's a "General," but because of the violent threats and criminal activities associated with that claim.
Whether the FBI can handle and question "Wagner" under terrorism laws depends on his specific actions and the implementation of recent executive orders:
