Trump supporters all breathed a sigh of relief and assumed all chance of a Biden win was dashed after the 90-minute confrontation. They never really considered Harris to be a legitimate opponent so counting their chickens before they actually hatched seemed to be an easy choice. Surprising for them, the polls don’t reflect their assumption. There hasn’t been an appreciable change in the polls, and some even showed an increase for Biden and a loss for trump. One poll even showed Harris as the winner in a head-to-head comparison between her and Trump. Nobody doubts the fealty of his supporters. Being guilty of 32 felonies, being found guilty of sexual assault, organizing a failed assault to hijack an election, stealing and displaying top secret documents doesn’t matter to his MAGA party. They don’t even care about his 900-page plan to destroy large swaths of safety and environmental protections along with purging thousands of government workers to be replaced with those willing to pledge loyalty to him. Unfortunately for the MAGA world, they failed to figure in the amount of hate trump has earned. Not Trump seems to be trump’s strongest opponent. Many have said they would vote for Biden over trump regardless of if he were in a coma or dead. No question about his cult support, but it’s highly unlikely that the cult is large enough to outnumber the NOT TRUMP voters.

Counting his chickens before they hatched is exactly why he appeared to be so stunned and incredulous that he didn't win his re-election bid, IMO. And because they are again counting their chickens ahead of them hatching, if he loses again this second time, I'm afraid to even speculate what may happen.

On the other hand, I can't stop laughing, replaying this video, and laughing again and again and specifically because Trump is being mocked in it, it's the voices of the singers and the way they sound that makes it so funny to me.

They could be setting the scene so that if Trump loses the election again they can then point to all of the alleged "poll evidence" that shows that he "should have" / [allegedly] "did in fact" win the election therefore that it's "been / being stolen from him" / "all of you" (those who voted for him).

Even though I'm not in a position to do anything about any of this other than the obvious, I believe that the people who are should take everything coming from out of that camp seriously. Before he was elected I know a lot of people just kind of brushed off a lot of the craziness we heard coming out of his mouth and then the world found out that because no one did anything about any of it that we found ourselves in what could be at times, very difficult sets of circumstances.
