SCOTUS to decide if online threats are a crime....

Will the Supreme Court rule that threats made by haters on these forums are a criminal offense? Will forums that allow threats be made libel? Will they be sued out of existence?

Or will SCOTUS continue to let hate groups threaten to kill blacks, gays, Jews and liberals?

I have seen threats to kill people on this forum. It may be grounds to shut it down real soon.
