Six who have common sense.

There is either male or female, that's it, you are born one or the other.

The Supreme Court on Thursday ruled the State Department can ban transgender Americans from listing their gender identity on their passports for the time being.

The ruling comes after the Trump administration appealed a lower court order from September that allows transgender or nonbinary people to request a male, female, or “X” identification marker on their passports, rather than choosing their biological sex.

“Displaying passport holders’ sex at birth no more offends equal protection principles than displaying their country of birth—in both cases, the Government is merely attesting to a historical fact without subjecting anyone to differential treatment,” the court wrote in its majority opinion.

The ruling was split 6-3, with Supreme Court Justices Elena Kagan, Ketanji Brown Jackson and Sonia Sotomayor dissenting.

And it's about time we returned to some sanity about that. I don't have any problem calling the guy who thinks he is female "her" or "she' as a matter of courtesy when I'm around that person and that's what he wants.

But I have a huge problem with him being able to disguise his biological gender when it comes to women's safety, privacy, scholarships/sports records, etc.

SCOTUS returned yet another entirely rational and common sense ruling.

Ketanji still doesn't know what a woman is. The three leftwing women on the Court are an absolute embarrassment.

Apparently Ketanji is still having a little difficulty defining the word "woman." :laughing0301:

Three supreme court judges need to be impeached. This is clear, man or woman as the chromosomes dictate.

This case should be investigated, the lower courts that started this, hell just eliminate those courts all together. We dont need them
