No, your response wasn't appropriate.Second reply to the same post, should I be honored? Why did you ignore the question I asked after your first reply?
And to answer you question here, yes I aware of what this debate is about and I think my response was appropriate. If you disagree with my assessment, feel free to explain, in detail, why.

challenging a New York state law that requires a license to carry a concealed weapon.
Constitutional carry allows law abiding citizens that are authorized to own guns to carry concealed without a license. How is that not responsive to what you posted below?Almost half the States already have constitutional carry. None of the dire predictions have materialized.
BTW the quality of life ratings done by mostly socialist and communist have no bearing on your OP. Why are you trying to derail your own thread?Your response didn't address that. The Scotus could grant all Americans in certain states the right to carry concealed weapons without a license.
Authorized to own guns? Less than half the states, need no license or permit to carry concealed weapons. The state in question does require same.Constitutional carry allows law abiding citizens that are authorized to own guns to carry concealed without a license. Safety is a factor in determining 'quality of life' in America.BTW the quality of life ratings done by mostly socialist and communist have no bearing on your OP. Why are you trying to derail your own thread?

If you're going to be rude and try to deflect from the facts on America's lower quality of life, by blaming communists, then we're finished already.
NO! Safety relates to guns and concealed weapons. We are going to stay on topic!According to your link, "safety" was only 1 of 85 metrics used. But tell the class what areas of our country have safety issues related to the topic of the OP?

Go ahead and make your case on guns not related to safety. I won't be replying to that kind of nonsense.
It could have been completely different if Democrats would allow us to lock up criminals. But, they don't want to lock up criminals. They stupidly want to let criminals run around free and then try to keep guns out of their hands. Gun control legislation will never work because criminals wouldn't follow gun control legislation laws. That's why they are criminals, because they don't follow laws. And even when someone out on parole or is an ex-con is caught carrying weapons illegally, they are let right back out. How stupid is that?Opinion | America’s gun infatuation is bad. How SCOTUS could make it worse.
Like all rights, those described in the Second Amendment are not absolute.www.msnbc.com
Or so goes the Demonrat's argument.
In truth, there is no reason why every Americans shouldln't be permitted to carry concealed weapons anywhere and everywhere they choose. It's their 2nd. amendmunt rights.
None of the Demonrat arguments make any sense at all.
The Big Lie: If states like New York are unable to restrict who may carry a concealed weapon, we will be at greater risk of gun violence, threats from foreign and domestic terrorism and political extremism.
Nope, you are wrong as usual. A private company has the right to set rules effective on their property within broad guidelines. That's a violation of American's 2nd. amendment rights and 2A guy pooey pants liar will tell us that.
If kids can pack heat to elementary schools, adults can at least take their saturday night specials to work.
If they need their guns in churches, they sure the hell need them at work and in men's bathrooms or outhouses!
Oh great , Canadian fool is at it again. The even greater thing about concealed carry with no exceptions is that it keeps everybody guessing!
It's the perfect storm for America but it's probably too perfect and will fail for that reason. Even that bunch of extreme right Scotus wankers won't be that suicide motivated!
But it's fun to imagine the scenarios that could play out! Like convenience stores going out of business from walls and ceilings being too full of bullet holes to repair.
Or a lack of clerks with fast draws who will show up for work at $7.50 an hour!
This thread can be for thinking up all the 'really' gud stuff that could happen!
Do you have any idea what guns cost? At least by my standards they are already expensive. An “inexpensive” pistol will run north of four hundred dollars, a rifle will run in the high hundreds to many thousands.I'm very much in favor of the second amendment...
My only issue is that it's way too easy for thugs to get weapons by people leaving them in vehicles. If they were more expensive there wouldn't be the issue we currently have with thugs breaking into cars getting guns.
Just saying...
The great thing about concealed carry is that it keeps the Criminal Element guessing.
Criminals really don't want to get into gun fights. They would rather shoot, rape and rob defenseless people who won't put up a fight.
The last thing thing a thug wants to do is to say hello to your little friend.
The fact that millions more will be packing heat, will make the whole Street Crime Scam a lot riskier.
By comparison firearms are very inexpensive. A firearm today is not a year's wages as they once were. Not even a week's wages will purchase one. And a low end new hunting rifle runs around 400-600 dollars US as well.Do you have any idea what guns cost? At least by my standards they are already expensive. Employers violate their workers' 2nd. amendment rights if they disallow guns on the work site.Nope, you are wrong as usual. A private company has the right to set rules effective on their property within broad guidelines.
