This is all about Chuckie being scared to death of getting a primary challenge for his Senate seat from AOC! He shut down the government because he wanted to look "tough" against Donald Trump and the Republicans and now he doesn't have any way of reopening it without looking like a buffoon!

I'm curious...what do people think is Chuck Schumer's "exit plan" for this shut down? I don't think Trump is going to budge an inch. It looks like he'll use this opportunity to do what they couldn't do with DOGE which means parts of the government that liberals love will be getting cut. The pressure on Schumer is going to ratchet up to something that's going to be unsustainable.
