Schumer was looking for a joke on the wall as he was taking a leak at the comedy club when he spotted writing which said, "what are you looking up here for? the joke is in your hand". So he just went with the stale stolen peaches joke. He's an idiot and it shows in the way he legislates. God bless he has the idiotic MSM to back up his every play.
