One would think that when Chuck says something this ridiculous it would destroy his credibility completely. To be fair, it has with most people. Unfortunately, it has not destroyed his credibility with Dem voters. Why? It is this kind of mindless acceptance of what Dem leaders say that enables them to get away with indiscriminately calling everyone opposed to them "Nazis", "Hitler", "Stalin", "fascist", "authoritarian", etc... Is there ZERO critical thinking capacity amount Dem voters? I don't know. They seem to have critical thinking ability when it comes to stuff they care about (e.g., different pot strains; how to cook meth; how to rip off the system, etc...). However, there does appear to be zero critical thinking capacity APPLIED by Dem voters when it comes to politics.

Secondly, requiring voter ID is NOT "Jim Crow 2.0". That is just false and absurd. Further, if I was one to be all tore up over all things Jim Crow, such an assertion would make me angry because the incongruity of perceived injustice between the two actually MINIMIZES the real Jim Crow period (e.g., like calling every death a "holocaust"). Moreover, the is just the same old, same old from Chucky. If you are to believe that requiring voter ID is racist, then you must also believe that having black skin color equates to being too retarded to figure out how to obtain a state-issued photo ID. They had to have one to get their bank accounts for their entitlements deposits, so ...

In recent years the Dirty Democrats have been trying to overload America with illegal immigrants as a means to achieve power at the expense of the Republic. This sort of thing would have gotten the 1700s militias stirred up at the behest of the Founders. This anti-ID push is being made to enable illegals aliens to vote too; i.e., voter fraud. You know the Dems are trying to steal elections because they are accusing Trump of trying to steal the upcoming election. Such projection is pure Saul Alinsky theory. Besides, why would anyone not want to require voter ID but for wanting to facilitate voter fraud?!? Its like refusing a breathalyzer test during a DUI stop. Everyone will take the test if they have not had anything to drink. Its only when you are drunk that you start giving a crap about the legalities of the stop, the accuracy of the tests, and the legality of the ultimate arrest and conviction. I am not suggesting we should not care about those things. But, if you have not had anything to drink, then you take the test without question.

They should require the person validating the ID to write down the ID number, otherwise, there are many polling stations(Philly comes to mind) that would not actually verify the ID. This would not prevent a person from using someone’s ID, but it certainly makes it tougher. Also, names could be matched up to ID’s later to verify the rolls.

We have to start somewhere. The Democrat’s approach is to ignore it. In person voting(with few exceptions) with a photo ID should be a requirement. Anyone who actually wants a free and fair election should support this.

ID would be checked and verified by the issuer of the ID. One would just simply present the ID at the polling station just like one does for buying liquor, checking into to a Hotel etc.

No you don’t. You need proof of residency, birth certificate, and two bills with your name on it. In CA, it’s even better. Democrats will automatically register you to vote when you apply for ID or driver license and then tell us illegal aliens do not vote.
