Karen Kolb Sehlke died 4/2/2020 due to complications from the COVID19 virus.
It is a shame she died. And I feel for her family and loved ones. But willful ignorance can be dangerous.

4 of my family members had the Chinese Flu, one works in a hospital working with chinese flu patients....they all recovered, hadn't had the vaccine, since it wasn't out..........

I'm glad your family members recovered. But that does not change the high numbers of serious cases and deaths that we are seeing. In the last 4 days I have lost 2 old friends to covid. One had some health problems, but nothing that would have kept him from enjoying life for some years to come. The other had no health issues, he simply chose not to be vaccinated.

The Chinese flu has a survival rate of 99%. The vaccines at this point are completely new and experimental and could have side effects that we won't see till well after people are vaccinated........a 99% survival rate vs. unknown and possibly deadly side effects....

The choice to get shot or not shot when you are under 65 shouldn't be mocked......

Tell us....do you know what the long term effects of the new, experimental vaccines are?

What about the blood clots, myocardia, and various other things we are seeing just now, let alone down the road...

What is really sad, WB, is that essentially she is RIGHT. I don't think people like that mean to imply the virus doesn't exist, but is commenting on all the changing, contradictory and misleading information we have been handed over time and the way it has been handled is a bunch of BULLSHIT, we have been LIED TO, and the matter HAS BEEN exploited in a very socialist authoritarian way to advance the decimation of individual human rights.

As a result, her death really is on the hands of our officials and leaders. I feel her plight as wearing a mask I know is about as useful against virus as a screen door on a submarine is highly objectionable to me as well both from a medical and moral POV, and just as some people have claustrophobia and cannot control an irrational fear of closed spaces, this society denies and ignores that some people just have a biological revulsion to walking around with a diaper on their face day in and day out hour after hour as nothing more than a social conformity.

And so, a lot of people take their chances: most by far never get symptoms much less die while a very few percentage like this woman gamble and lose. That is exercise of free will. The cornerstone of what this country was founded on. I commend her on making that decision for herself and at least going out a victim of her own free will than suffering the oppression of a reactionary, oppressive society.

Better to have freedom of self to exercise and lose than to live or die your last days with no freedom of self at all.
