I'm glad he signed the law, but for trump it as a ***** move. It was a direct slap in his face, by the entire House and Senate telling him they didn't care what he wanted to do with sanctions. He couldn't touch them. If he was as tough as he wants people to think, he would have said **** you, but he didn't, because he's a *****.
