Russia wants to find out who is responsible for the chlorine attacks in Idlib. In that framework, the West, known for its accusations towards the Syrian government, made a serious diplomatic mistake when western diplomats told Russia "if you think that a party other than the Damascus regime is responsible, then surely you would want proof of that.", admitting there is no proof for their accusations.
