Their investigation is focusing on “potential violations of air transportation safety and operation rules” that may have caused the crash. I have full confidence that they will determine the cause of the crash and that Putin will be exonerated. Surely the world has jumped to the wrong conclusion. The most important question is, will the world believe the final report, or, are they wasting their time?
