Rush Limbaugh returning to Boston’s WRKO

Right wing radio yakker Rush Limbaugh will return to Boston’s WRKO-AM (680) radio this month after a two and a half year absence.

The announcement came this afternoon during Herald columnist and WRKO personality Howie Carr’s show, which was broadcasting from the Boston Tea Party Ships and Museum.

“Oh, what a great way to come back — on the great Howie Carr show,” Limbaugh said. “I’m ecstatic to be coming back to Boston.”

Let me clue you in . The ' left' needs Rush in every radio station he can find . Rush is the best thing that has happened to the progressive movement . At the time of Sandra Fluke your MessiahRushie was claiming 22 million, he's down to 14.75 million now. The pathological liar said if he ever lost 20% of his audience he would quit. So how does he rationalize staying on the air after losing 33% of his audience? The sociopath simply claims his audience is growing and makes up a phony audience number larger than 22 million, problem solved.

DETROIT (Reuters) - General Motors Corp (GM.N) will need to raise as much as $15 billion in cash to shore up liquidity and bankruptcy is "not impossible" if the U.S. auto market continues to slump, Merrill Lynch said.
Other analysts have suggested GM, whose shares fell to a new 54-year low on Wednesday, needs to raise funds to ride out the downturn in the U.S. auto market through 2009.
GM's own sales fell by a narrower-than-expected 8 percent on an adjusted basis after the automaker offered zero-percent financing for six years.

The big hitters in Rush's advertising lineup are companies who buy national spots, their ads played at the same time in the program in every market it airs no matter what time of the day or night it's broadcast. And since I've never heard a Sears ad then they were spots bought locally in a market or markets.

Sears is in free-fall...I suspect Rush's show to outlast Sears!

Sears in free fall, well that is a shame because I always shopped Sears, where as we have an industry and a people that are now seperated, who didn't undoubtedly trust or stay loyal to it's American customers & it's roots, nor did we stay loyal to them I guess. They are paying the ultimate price for it all now, and so are we too, because we didn't remain loyal to them and our roots in this industry as well. The trending away from it's base has cost them big time, and the base trending away from them has cost us big time. Soon the American people will be totally at the cheap markets mercy, as our purchasing choices will be limited to one level buying, and that is like I said a sin and a shame for America and the American citizens.

The election could also be signature of the same goings on these days, now isn't that ironic ?
