Social Media Use Causes Depression And Suicide? It's A Surprisingly Difficult Question To Answer
How does frequent social media use impact our mental health? A recent study attempted to pinpoint the effects of spending hours on Twitter and Facebook, but the inherent difficulty in analyzing human behavior limits our ability to find a precise answer.

Just got done watching "The Social Dilemma" on Netflix that highlights the problems with social media and society. Essentially, social media has used a myriad of techniques to cause people to be addicted to their social media, which then correlates into society being steered in any direction those who control social media wish to steer them. It's so bad, CEO's who run these social media giants don't allow their kids to have cell phones.
No wonder those who use social media are called "users", which is the same name given to crack addicts.
No other segment of society is hit harder than children, both in terms of lack of development thanks to social media, with more of the not wanting to engage in any type of risk in life and withdrawing from society, and also double the suicide rate among kids thanks to the depression it causes them.
But do politicians care, especially if their main focus is population control both in numbers of people and control of their activities?
I think 1984 nailed it, as those in society were constantly looking at screens all day in order to reduce birth rates and minimize risk taking within society.
It was the plan all along.
