The great Mongolian grappler, master of the Mongolian Stretcher Match, died yesterday in the Empire of Japan.

Khan was a top contender in the 1970's and 1980's, engaging in epic feuds with Hulk Hogan, Andre the Giant and the American Dream Dusty Rhodes back in the day.

Also, the patriarch of the Khan wrestling dynasty featuring talents like Nick Khan, Tony Khan and Rhaka Khan.

Khan had notable rivalries in the 1980s with Andre The Giant and WWE champion Hulk Hogan.
