Under Trump, they abandoned this principle and ran up the national debt $6.6 trillion dollars in less than four years

Yet, in 1997 Kolbe voted to increase the debt ceiling and explode the budget.

In 2020 Kolbe acts as if the massive debt is all Trump.

As a congressman Kolbe voted to increase the debt and the debt ceiling.
