Thankfully, the nation is beginning to wake up to many of the causes of obesity. Progress is slow, but it is gaining traction as well as momentum.

It MUST start at the FDA and end their diabetes encouraging dietary recommendations.

I am not thrilled with Trump’s selection of RFK, Jr.

Even so, RFK, Jr. isn’t wrong about he general health concerns of Americans nor about the relatively unhealthy additives (etc) we have foods.

Maybe our major food producers should be leaned on to make our foods less dependent on chemical processing for things like texture and color and sweetness.
