Retiring GOP Pennsylvania Senator Pat Toomey trashes Trump minutes after saying the Trump tax cuts "created the best economy in my lifetime"

How come all the Trumpanzees praising Trump for Operation Warp Speed won't take the vaccine?

I want President Joseph Biden (God's choice) to offer Pat Toomey ANY position he wants. Ambassador to France, England, or wherever, or a position in the administration - whatever he wants - to step down now, and let the Democrat Governor of Pennsylvania name his replacement, giving the Democrats a 51-49 Majority. Then Manchin can go fuck himself.
I like this idea. I like it a lot!

We can sign up yet another leftist socialist dummicrap who is totally for any GOP-- -- -- -- as soon as they sign up as traitors working for the DNC!

So far you got:
  • John McCain
  • Mitt Romney
  • Lez Chainy
  • and now Pat Toomey.
Keep up the good work sweeping the dead wood out of the GOP for yourselves.

I give Trump credit for a couple of contributions and I have defended him when I think he is being unfairly treated, usually by the media. But if I am given a couple of sentences to sum-up my opinion on Trump, it is pretty much a trashing. That is largely based on his post 2020 election behavior.
Totally agree. Trump is damaged goods. That said, Trump showed us the winning formula, "America First Populism". Trump's policies get the GOP many democrat votes, including the KeystoneXL pipeline voters, the UAW since GM moved their EV production to Mexico, plus many manufacturing voters, gas users, electricity users, and people getting hurt by runaway inflation.
I'm not voting Trump in the primary, but if he wins the nomination, I will vote for him over Kamala.
How can you vote for someone who is not even man enough to admit he lost?
Because Trump is 1,000,000x better at being president than any democrat. Trump has personality issues, but all in all, I like his many "Promises Kept", and his policy differences with democrats, like these:
Border and immigration policies
Energy policies
Military posture
The Green New Deal
"Wokeness"
Law and Order vs Anarchy
Reprogram the US education system: Critical Race Theory vs Traditional/Family Values
God vs atheism
China and trade policies
insourcing jobs vs outsourcing jobs by taxing corporations so much they relocate
HR-1 grab for one-party rule
Make DC & PR new states taking over the US senate forever
Replacing the Electoral College with the popular vote
Totally turning the US into a socialist/failed state.
Packing the US Supreme Court with Leftists

Trump failed miserably when faced with a crisis in his Presidency.

Instead of rallying the country to fight COVID, he denied it was a threat, lied to the people, divided the nation and looked for an easy way out.
You can whine about Trump, but he had two tough problems to deal with:
1. Keep the economy moving
2. Fight Covid-19

Trump balanced them just fine thank you. The economy is fine, and the pandemic is almost over, as long as people get vaccinated.

If Trump is on the ballot against Joe or Kamala, I'm voting Trump, again.

Trump was willing to sacrifice everything to keep his sacred economy flowing. That influenced every decision he made on COVID.

That is why he was so inept in leading us through COVID and why so many died

Maybe the rural folks are just waiting until the city folks get their shots first.
As the CDC says, there is no risk of getting covid outdoors. You're welcome.

I like Trump's economy. If you like Xiden's economy more, we'll see who voters prefer in 2022 and 2024.

As for Covid deaths, Dr. Fauci estimated 2,000,000 US deaths from Covid.
Trump developed 3 vaccines in record time while saving the US economy and about 1,400,000 US lives, you're welcome.

I hope you are right and the Xiden economy keeps on truckin.
However, runaway inflation, ME war, bad energy policies, and critical material shortages, could cause a crash any day.
We'll see in 2022 who the voters prefer.

You would since you are a fucking Communist.

LOL! When did Trump EVER describe any aspect of his job performance as anything other than the best ever? Additionally, you would have to believe that all Republicans were expected to say the exact same thing. It wouldn't even surprise me if they were TOLD to say the same thing.

"Nobody has done what we have done." Remember that? The only surprise in that statement is that he used the pronoun, "we."

As for me, I would argue that, compared to the rest of the world, the economy was better in the 1950s and 1960s. I would also say that the economy was far better under Clinton.

The economy was better in the 50's and 60's in terms of growth. With Europe bombed back into the Stone Age after WWII, the USA was the only major manufacturing nation in the world. The rest of the first world had to be rebuilt, and needed equipment to restart their manufacturing, and keep their consumers provisioned until their manufacturing was up and running.

The problems for the USA started after Europe finished rebuilding, and were ready to start their own manufacturing. Both Germany and Japan - both high technology nations, rebuilt their manufacturing with the newest plants and machinery. US plants and machinery were pre-war, and were not as competitive.

This lead to economic slowdowns in the late 60's and 70's. Everything since Reagan changed the tax, labour and anti-trust laws, has been all downhill, for working people, and great for the rich Republican donors.
