I would actually love to see one of these "state run grocery stores" open in Chicago.
With barred windows, security everywhere.... concrete blocks in the front.
All kinds of fresh produce... that they throw away because no one in the area is buying any of it.
Pat themselves on the back saying they are bringing nutritious choices to the "underserved" areas... but carefully guard the fact they aren't actually selling nutritious items.
