Retail in Incline is flat. In Reno it is down. Basically if you have money things carry on as normal.

If you don't have money, you don't spend any. Incline is wealthy, Reno is not. I talked the vendors at the airshow in Stead, and universally they were off by up to 50%. They sell things you want, not things you need.
