Individual foods are not pharmaceuticals; just eat a balanced diet. There is nothing you can eat or drink that will detoxify you; that’s what your liver and kidneys are for. No healthy person needs to wear a glucose spike monitor; it’s a fad indulged by the worried well. As is the cobblers of being interested in ā€œwellnessā€, because nobody is interested in ā€œillnessā€. People have morals but food doesn’t, so don’t describe dishes as ā€œdirtyā€. And stop it with the whole ā€œclean eatingā€ thing. It’s annoying and vacuous.

I tend to agree with most of this. Particuarly the bit about lighting and menu fonts. My wife generally has to read the menu to me these days.
I had lunch with an old friend last week and he did the honours for me. But I would have preferred to do it myself.

I also hate the waiter who fills up your wine glass whenever you take a sip. Fucking despise that guy.

Water has detoxifying effects ... unless that's where the toxins are coming from ...

Eating at a restaurant is a treat for me ... that one meal isn't going to disrupt my healthy balanced diet* in any way ... I've been good about salt all week long, I'm getting salt-fried rice at Jim Yu Yuks tonight ...

* = HAW HAW HAW HAW HAW HAW HAW HAW HAW HAW HAW HAW HAW HAW ... can't say that without laughing ...

Then eat at home, you lazy shit.

Tammy is one of those obnoxious fat twats who makes sure he gets his money's worth by eating three heaping plates full while leaving a fourth plate only barely touched as he finally reached his limit, am I right?

Water can be a good mixer at times.

With all the whining you do here on this forum, I'm surprised your glass ever needs refilling.

Do you mean your glass of water? In this country no one is refilling your wine glass after every sip unless they are adding this to your bill.

I dont really drink water. Why would you ?

That's funny, I hope you're joking. I actually discussed this with my doctor the other day, needing to stay hydrated. You should drink half your weight in ounces of water a day. You do the conversion!
For Tommy that would be an Olympic swimming pool.

Im restricted to a litre a day. All liquid.

It's funny when Two Ton Tony sits at the buffet for 4 hours.

Depending on WHAT you eat, how its cooked, and how often you eat out...........it's not gonna do anything to you if your like most people and just go once a month or on special occassions.

If you eat out all the time, then yeah, most foods aren't going to do you any good, as pretty much everything in the food industry is cooked with the same kinds of oils, lards, and greases. Even if you eat out and only get salads, those salads can be just as bad.

The only way you can "detoxify" anything is to completely stop eating and drinking everything and anything with that certain chemical in it. But who is going to do that?
