Requirements for “links” violate rights and freedoms

Firstly, we have the right to our own opinion and are not obliged to cite any source.

Secondly, it violates the American principle of individualism: independence of opinion and authorship, original thoughts should be encouraged.

Thirdly, it leads to anti-American fascist collectivism.

Fourthly, it is inconvenient because it makes communication difficult. Illiterate fools demand references to what literate people know. No one is obliged to teach fools, even if they are moderators.

Fifthly, this is a loophole for scammers, they can selectively close topics for political reasons, hiding behind the “forum rules”

This is a vicious and illegal practice that must be abolished.
"Tell me you don't understand the first amendment without saying you don't understand the first amendment".

During the Inquisition, they would have said the same thing: you can say whatever you want, but according to the Bible, with reference to a specific evangelist.

Freedom of speech was not invented to be limited by “conditions”

Today they set the conditions for your freedom of speech, and tomorrow they will want your jeans to have no holes, and will you still think that you have freedom?

Demanding sources for well-known facts is a time-honored debate tactic. Those that demand it are usually too lazy to look them up themselves. Also, they often attempt to debunk those sources if they don't agree with them. Also noteworthy, when a legitimate source is presented, they often disappear from the discussion.

I prefer when people cite sources and links. One this type of open forum, it adds credibility.

Fraudsters can spread deliberately false information, but there are fraud laws for this; this cannot be solved by shutting mouths.

Modern science is a fraud.

Forum rules cannot violate the constitution. We are guaranteed freedom of speech and we are not obliged to "link" anywhere
Look.

YOU are posting ON private property.

This forum is private property, and you are permitted to post here as long as you follow the rules.

This website does not even get close to the notion of the "public square'.

All you had to do was post information on the scientific method and what you call "The scholastic method.

Since the latter is not even a method, your argument was moot from the first sentence.

Could you give it up? You lost this argument unless you're one of those dark triad types that will kill people to get your own way.

Are you one of those?

Thread Locked.
There is no way, this is a Law and Justice Forum thread. It is also not 1st Amendment issue, as this is definitely not a government owned or operated message board.

If you wish to restart in feedback, feel free.
