In a Republic, actually
“The last two weeks leave no question about President Trump’s feelings toward Russian dictator Vladimir Putin. The speed and totality of Trump’s policy shift shocked our foreign allies and divided congressional Republicans, culminating in his surprise decision to pause all military aid to Ukraine even as the country faced a heavy new round of Russian air raids.

America’s pivot to a pro-Russian foreign policy isn’t Trump’s doing alone, though/ Across the federal government, we are witnessing a coordinated Republican effort to realign American foreign policy away from the world’s liberal democracies and toward gangster regimes like Putin’s.
[…]
Sadly, plenty of Republican leaders are willing to whitewash Putin’s brutality for political gain. Trump’s frontal assault began in earnest this week when he joined Speaker Mike Johnson (R-La.) to demand Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky’s resignation. Calling for regime change against an American ally is a hugely destabilizing move, made even worse by a Republican media blitz intended to portray Zelensky not as the victim of unprovoked Russian aggression but as a dictator and aggressor.”

Shocking, but not surprising.

Trump and Republicans on the fascist right have long admired Putin, admired despots and dictators, admired brutal, naked aggression.

Trump has returned to coddling dictators and attacking our allies.

Bravo.

Keep up with the unhinged obsession with Russia.

I’m sure it will payoff in future elections, just like the last.

Hawk-- don't you know? Haven't you been to the meetings?! Out of 1000 conspiracies about Trump since 2016, not a one of them have actually proven true yet! Yet, to talk to them, they've got Trump nailed dead to rights.

They have him now right where they want him, like a cat just waiting for him to make a mistake.

They're too stupid to realize that the way to beat Putin is to play Putin. Reel him in by making him think he is getting his way, what he wants. Then once you've got him in motion, all you need to do is deflect him just enough, at just the right time so that you end up with what you want as well, and everyone ends up getting something and losing something instead of one side getting everything. That is outright war.

HUH?!

Nobody — except Ukrainian victims — give a shit about Russia.

I again pray that God might approve allowing a decent-human Russian General to undertake a successful assassination of Putin, in the name of the Russian people.

The leftarded feeble spin of the libtard propagandists here at USMB is inconsequential — as always.

But they do tip their hand on the next day’s talking points.

You need to know the history of Russia, it is almost always a very powerful and violent leader.

Occasionally, for a brief moment or two, you get a Yeltsin, but then it is back to business as usual.

Maybe. But Putin is a known murderous ****. The world would be better off with the next one.

Wheeze be in luv wif Putin n shit

She's the stupid girl who wears that stupid outfit every day and dances like a spastic White dude. The Stones had a song about her. And since when does a dope like this speak for our once great country? She definitely isn't going to make America great again.

You guys are funny when you resurrect other Republicans from the past. The then Progs hated Reagan's guts and his wife almost just as much.
Cons resurrect Kennedy and MLK, when it serves their purposes.

Kennedy and MLK were not Progressive Socialists. Reagan was conservative to degree. Conservatism is really localized or regionalized at this point. Look what flak Trump is getting for moderate populism. Progs talk about the rich and do at times raise what they can get, and yet never enact legislation to confiscate a much higher percentage of the income they want. To help the lower classes eliminate some of the many taxes the federal government has besides the income tax.

Phew, I was worried for a moment there that you had forgotten to include the word "fascist" in your screed, but you didn't let us down. You will not get a "visit" for this post.

Neither does Ronnie!

Another mindless post from Konnie.

Try the past tense. He is deceased, you know.

Not that your comment makes any sense even if you had posted it n the correct tense.
