As I've written earlier, as little boy in Memphis TN, I remember girl about my age who came down infantile paralysis (Polio). She lived her very short pain filled life in an Iron Lung. When she passed her parents called "A Blessing."

When the Salk Vaccine came out, parents lined for blocks to their children inoculated. My Dad promised me a Roy Rogers Lunch Box if I got one. My older sister got a Chatty Kathy doll and my older brother got bb gun. When the vaccine coated sugar cube was introduced, I received that was well.

I got all kinds of shots in Boot Camp. Vaccines save lives. Brain Worm Boy don't know shit.

Our school nurse did all the vaxxing in our school. She would cover the whole school on a visit. She was quite stern but I never ever questioned her authority I sat next to her daughter in class.
I come from a generation that was lucky My parents and grandparents lived through an age of disease that these wonderful vaccines wiped out.

/---/ I support vaccinations. Measles left me deaf in my left ear. The vaccine wasn't released for another 5 years or so. We made sure our kids all got their shots.
However, I found this meme hilarious.
