Known as the Afghan National Army Trust Fund, the money was donated by individual NATO countries. The report said that Kyiv has asked NATO to consider using the money to support Ukraine in its war against Russia.

give it to the 16 families that lost soldiers in biden's stupid withdrawal

Too late I suggest .
East of the Dneiper, the UAF ,even with its NATO support, has effectively collapsed .
In the Kursk region the UAF plus NATO forces have lost huge numbers and now look like being cut - off .

Unless dear Uncle P decides to move west and to the Romanian border via Odessa , the war is close to being over .
Kyiv has run out of everything other than a stupid leader .

Massive Russian Trap l Huge Number Of Ukrainian Forces Are In Danger Of Encirclement

[ Battle of Toretsk ] Russias forces reaches northern most part of Toretsk; Full capture imminent!

Russian Ministry of Defence:

In the morning, the Russian Armed Forces carried out a group strike with high-precision weapons and drones against critical gas and energy infrastructure facilities supporting the work of Ukraine's military-industrial complex. The purpose of the strike has been achieved. All designated facilities have been hit.

It's a tossup as to which is the bigger waste of money, giving money to the Ukraine or giving money to California politicians.
