Report: Broncos planning to part ways with Peyton Manning

Peyton Manning has not yet announced whether he will retire after his 18th NFL season, but if he chooses to continue playing it will reportedly not be for the Denver Broncos, according to FOX Sports.

I can't imagine him not retiring now...or starting with a new team, but you never know. Guess it is a stay tuned kind of thing..

You think so? Could be.

Oh the horror! Who is Denver gonna' get to handoff and throw the football now?

Oh yeah, another quarterback.

one who wont be able to change the calls at the line of scrimmage and get the running game going as they did in the playoffs when he came in thats for sure.

Had Manning not been available to come in and play, they would not have advanced to the superbowl. Before he came in,they could not get the running game going and the offense sputtered because the QB they have now doesnt have the experience to read defenses and change the plays at the line of scrimmage.

i think thats a mistake to part ways unless he has said he plans to retire.they dont have anybody else to step into replace him. brock ortweiler showed in the playoffs he cant take them to the next level which is why manning had to come in and bail them out to get them there in the final regular season game.
