We just need to bring back the phrase "may the best man win".

If all you do is hire the best person for the job you can't go wrong. Who has the most experince, most qualified, intelligence, merit, value, and ambition that's who everyone should hire.

If they want everything to be fair and equal then that's the answer because that is fair and equal. Not everyone in America can do 1 job, so you pick the best and most qualified person for that 1 job.

We aren't all equal and that's fine. No NBA team is going to pick me because I'm only 6ft tall, I weigh 160lbs, I'm 48 years old and I'm not very good at basketball. it isn't unfair or unequal they wouldn't hire me to play in the NBA because I am not equal to those guys, never have been not even in my prime.

4. I have filed a Whistleblower Complaint with the Vehicle Safety section of the Department of Transportation to recall millions of defective cars which can result in rear-end accidents that would be prevented by repairs. This is educational to the D.O.T. and the public. What have you done to educate the government and the public?

Here is a guy who was working at a furniture manufacturing store who was pushed into Republican party leadership only because he's black with anti black views.
