For all you 'man-bun' LIBs here's some light reading.
The increase of 60% REP turnout ought to get your 'flop-sweat' working overtime.
This 60% increase over the primary season in 2012 happened for only one reason. That reason has a name. The name isn't Cruz of Kasich is it?
Go ahead and say his name. You may as well get used to the name with 'President' in front of it.

Turnout reflects the nature of the race, factors like how many candidates are in the race, what sort of candidates are in the race, and how competitive the race is.

...and it has no bearing on the GE.

The only problem Trump has, is the style in which he's delivering his message. Many can't handle his honest directness. Most are used to being bombarded with PC drivel. Many are more comfortabe being lied to. But Trump's message is Spot On. He's the only Candidate that's serious about Border Security and bringing jobs back to Americans.

Trump has the winning message. The overwhelming support proves that. He's just been very blunt in expressing it thus far. Personally, i've enjoyed it. But many can't handle that kind of blunt honesty. It's worked in the Primaries though. However, now that he has the Nomination locked up, he can soften the delivery a bit. It's time to beat Clinton. That battle is gonna be epic. Can't wait.

A 60% increase in republican voter turn out months before the general means nothing? How about we call that ad hoc idiocy?
MORON.

His being blunt is good for America because most Americans need to relearn and practice being blunt.

It's hard for many Americans to handle Trump. They've become accustomed to slimy dishonest PC drivel. They've come to expect to be lied to. They even want it.

If Trump just tones it down a bit, he'll have a real chance of upsetting Clinton. However, i don't want him to tone it down too much. Clinton needs to be exposed for being the corrupt lying criminal she is. He'll just have to find a balance.

Waiting.

The race isn't close to competitive obviously.
The 60% increase isn't because ******* Cruz and Kasich are still in the race. That's obvious by the numbers these two candidates have received.
That leads to only one answer: The 'answer's' name is Trump.
Don't want to admit it? Who the ***** .

So your argument is that the real reason for the big turnout is that the mainstream of the Republican party and/or conservatism has suddenly decided that in reality they hate everything about the Republicans they've been defending for decades?

While republican turnout is higher, democrat turnout is lower. Hilly billy is going to have a problem with the Red Bernies that have vowed not to vote for her if she fiddles super delegates.

And Republicans have a problem?

It's hard for many Americans to handle Trump.
Yeah all the rational Americans.

They've become accustomed to slimy dishonest PC drivel. They've come to expect to be lied to. They even want it.

Ummm.. yeah... She's already BEEN exposed for being the corrupt lying criminal she is, yet according to the polls the general electorate will pick her over Trump by almost 8.5 points.

The Donald has managed a feat that many thought was impossible, he's actually viewed less favorably by the general electorate than the Queen of Corruption.

He'll just have to find a balance.
Uh-Huh, based on the available polling data the "balance" will be between losing badly and getting ******* creamed.

In 2008 there was a 'movement' among Hillary supporters not to support Obama in the general.

That's how we got President McCain.

There was such a movement, the PUMA movement. Party Unity My Ass. They were mostly women, older, thinking about it. The Red Bernies are young and idealistic. They can get high on election day and not bother. They are revolutionaries.

Hillary is not popular among young people, particularly young women.

Bernie supporters will turn out if Bernie enthusiastically campaigns for Hillary. If not, they won't.

Bernie should politely ask for a cabinet post from Hillary in exchange for his enthusiasm. I recommend Secy of Labor.

8.5 points? Trump made up more then that when it was 17 to 1.
One on One? Not even an issue. Look what just happened in Europe.......
