That's another part of the equation. Walter E. Williams has often said how slavery is a terrible abomination that no decent person can condone. Because somebody dragged his ancestor(s) over here, he was able to earn a PhD, headed the economics department at George Mason University including being Professor Emeritus and gave him other opportunities in media and speaking engagements so that he was quite comfortable financially when he died in 2020.

He makes this argument as a statement of fact and also against any concept of reparations that anyone living now would be due.

If he had been born in Africa, he almost certainly have lived a life of near or actual poverty as most people now living on Africa's central western coast from which most of the slaves were taken now do.

No.....I'm not a Democrat.

You can look it up if you like.

Everything is an estimation, but Hitler murdered roughly 3 million Jews in Poland, and half a million where murdered in Hungary. Another 140,000 in Germany. Over a million were murdered in Russia.

Anyway you look at it.....that's a lot of genocide.
