Christianity was adopted by Europeans later on. Islam arose around 400AD, prior to that Arabs were, I believe, pagans in a sense. Someone adopting a religion won't change their race. In the case of Jews, they have a set of genetic markers. That's why someone can be an atheist, and a Jew.

All converts to Judaism. But not ethnic Jews. I really don't get how this distinction is so hard for you to understand. The practitioners of the religion, and the members of the ethnic group are both called Jews. Which I get is quite confusing. However one is a religious term, and the other refers to an ethnic group with a set of genetic markets.

Jews Have Nothing in Common with the Rabid Arab Rabble

The fact that they speak a Semitic language is not proof of origin. There is a clue in the Old Testament that they were enslaved by Arabs and forced to abandon their original language.

Another example of completely losing the original language is that the original Celtic Britons had their language suppressed by the Saxons. They still exist in England as the majority of commoners.
