Remind Me Again, Why Was Trump Blamed For The Covid-19 Deaths?

I live in Michigan...Governor Whitmer ordered the state under lockdown before any of the other states.
Look it up!
Maybe you live in Michigan..under a fn rock.

Michigan lockdown was announced at the end of March 2020, consistent with Trump's admin recomendations.

Ya know what? Just to prove what a liar you are I DID look it up
If you did, you would have come across the link I provided.
Maybe, if you ACTUALLY did your homework, you would have provided a valid link. Talk about calling someone stupid!

Yeah, I know it didn't start nationally until March of 2020...but Michigan had the highest deaths before the lockdowns were even "officially" mandated.

Lockdowns CAN'T be unofficially mandated. It's not a state mandate if it's not official.

You are not making sense.

You've heard bullshit.

Old people and otherwise immuno compromised people die more often from Covid (also flu and other common infections). Those groups are of course also more likely to be vaccinated than young people who have much lower Covid vaccination rates.

In large medical studies vaccinated people of similar cohorts died or got hospitalized less often from Covid.
why else would they have been hospitalized?

There is not a single word in your link about any 2019 lockdowns.
I told you, it was in December of 2019...
It wasn't reported. Because, it was for 2 weeks. The longer lockdowns began in March 2020.

Ironically Trump said that doing a good job, meant keeping COVID-19 deaths under 100,000.

Missed doing a good job by 300,000.

Dude, you first claimed that Michigan locked down in 2019. That was bullshit.

Now you’re claiming Michigan had a higher death toll early on than NY and NJ?

I highly doubt it

Go away child

There were no lockdowns (outside of china) in 2019

CDC reports the first laboratory-confirmed case of the 2019 Novel Coronavirus in the U.S. from samples taken on January 18 in Washington state

  • A transcript of Dr. Anthony Fauci’s January interview with a House subcommittee on COVID-19 does not show him saying he “made up” mitigation guidelines about 6-foot social distancing or mask mandates for children.
  • He said the 6-foot guideline “sort of just appeared” and wasn’t based on any data, and that such a study would be difficult to do. He also said he didn’t recall any studies about masking young children, but said the guideline was the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s decision.
  • In his June 3 public testimony, Fauci clarified that he meant there were no clinical trials about social distancing. He said it was the CDC’s decision, not his, and that the agency used past studies about the spread of droplets to settle on that guideline.
just appeared implies magic of some sorts and last I looked magic is scientific. And is made up. come see come saw
Makes sense to me. Stand 6 feet away. It's called logic. And wear a mask. Are they perfect? No. But neither is covering your mouth when you sneeze.

Inflation in 2022 - 8%
Inflation in 2024 - 3%

That is true world over (except places like Russia ofc)

In what way was it not transitory? Supply chains got fixed, consumer spending stabalized, supply and demand balanced.

Maybe it didn't blow over as quick as expected, but it did transion to rates in normal range within 2 years.

Inflation under Biden, about 18%. Amazing how you guys can be fact deniers.
