All the laws that are needed were already in place. What was missing was the will to enforce them.

Some people have it and some don't. Biden spent 52 years in government, rising to the highest position attainable, but he never learned the job. Trump took up politics late in life and has quickly become one of the greatest Presidents in my 74 year life. The biggest difference between those two is that Trump actually cares about our country and wants to make us #1 at everything whereas all Biden cares about is how much material gain can he use our government to accumulate.
